Wet Storage in slips is based on a 3, 6, 9, or 12 month contract. Payment in full is required by the first day of the contract term.
***All leases are based on 12 months, anything less is subject to an additional 10% premium on the monthly rate

Reserved Parking is available at the rate of:
· $395.00 per space, Memorial Day through Labor Day
· $595.00 per space annually
All Storage Customers – Dock Slips, Rack, Shed and Outside include:
· Full use of lakefront bathhouse and laundry facilities
· Free pump outs
Travel Lift Services:
$11.00 per foot, one-way
Ramp Fee:
· $12.00 in
· $12.00 out
Pump Out:
· $24.00
Dock Box Rental is available at the rate of:
· $24.00 per month.
***In-Door Climate Controlled Rack Storage:
· Rack yearly rate = $7.00 per running foot x 6 months-April-September, $10.00 October-March
· Standard per running foot or mega dolly stored boats on building floor-$10.00 per running foot.
· Boat is measured for overall length
· Boats in the rack 1st of the month owe for the month
· Keys must be left in boat
***Land Storage:
· Covered Storage = $5.00 per running foot on trailer, per month. Five feet is added onto the length of the boat to compensate for the trailer.
· Covered Blocked Storage = $7.00 per running foot per month.
· Open Storage = $3.00 per running foot on trailer, per month. Five feet is added onto the length of the boat to compensate for the trailer.
· Open Blocked Storage = $5.00 per running foot per month.
· Trailer Storage = $3.00 per running foot per month.

Personal Water Craft (PWC) Storage on the Water:
Single craft on a float = $800.00 per year. Includes:
- PWC trailer storage during season
- PWC storage in shed, on owner’s trailer, during off season

· 50-ton travel lift for all of your boat handling needs
· Climate controlled rack storage
· 10-ton negative lift to safely launch and haul your boat-$5.00 per linear foot for non marina guests and customers
· Fully equipped Ships Store
· Fuel dock with:
- Regular, premium and diesel gasoline
- Ice
- Sundries
