You were instrumental in the effort to provide us with total satisfaction in the warranty case of our 2005 Aloha Pontoon. There was never a time during our dispute with the manufacturer of our boat that we felt we were alone. Your sincere concern and professionalism is to be commended and admired by the owners and management of Dave Mungenast Yacht club. The fact that you were straight up with us the whole time helped us deal with the frustrating situation we were in the middle of. Even though our family lost the use of the boat for over a year, we are very satisfied with the outcome. The boat looks beautiful and runs better than it ever did. We honestly believe it had problems long before we noticed due to the improved handling of it now. "The entire atmosphere at the Mungenast marina makes you feel good. It's about the whole experience. For example, my guest which are brought to the lake, without any coaxing, comment about how nice the marina appears, nice docks, restroom cleanliness, etc. The nice feeling actually starts with the nice driveway as you enter, the parking lot, the buildings, dock ramps, docks, restrooms, etc. It's all in great condition and clean. No clutter. More importantly, is what my guest don't know. And that is how friendly and helpful all of the personel at the marina are towards the boat owners. They're all real personable people, from the gas dock attendants, parts, service, store, sales and more. The service department is always taking care of me and watching out for my best interest. Also, not to forget the friendships and neighborly feeling you get with your dock mates. I can't say enough good things."
